Refunds/Returns

Due to the nature of our product being a food item, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please reach out to us via our contact form or email. Exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis and require evidence of defective/damaged product for consideration.

Requirements for exchanges:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence of the defective or damaged product
  • Include your order number and contact information
